Product Terms & Licenses

By purchasing any products or services from Pixel Pixie Designs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms outlined below. All products are copyrighted and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed without explicit permission.

Website Templates & Themes

✔ Personal Use Only – You may use our themes/templates on any Shopify store you personally own.
✔ Client Use Requires a License – If you’re using a theme for a client’s website, a separate license must be purchased for each site.
✔ No Resale or Redistribution – You may not sell, transfer, or distribute the theme or any of its components.

Footer Credit Requirement:
The footer credit must remain intact. You are not allowed to edit or remove the “Designed by Pixel Pixie Designs” credit from the footer. This is a requirement for using our themes.

Theme Warranty & Updates:

90-Day Theme Warranty – If a Shopify platform update affects your theme’s functionality within 90 days of purchase, we will provide an updated version.

If an update is not possible, you may choose a replacement theme from our available designs.

Updates & Fixes May Take Up to 14 Business Days.

After the 90-day period, no refunds, updates, or replacements will be provided.

Fonts

✔ Unlimited Use for Personal & Client Projects – You can use our fonts for logos, branding, social media, and other designs.
✔ Each User Needs a License – If a client wants to use the font in their own projects, they must purchase a separate license.

Not Allowed:

Using the font in any “on-demand” applications where others can customize the final product.

Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the font files.

Embedding the font in templates for resale (e.g., Canva, Adobe, website themes).

Graphics & Watermarks

✔ Custom Graphics (No Watermarks) – Any exclusive graphics created specifically for your business will not include a watermark.
✔ Generic Graphics (With Watermarks) – Graphics used for social media, engagement posts, or groups will include a watermark. These cannot be altered, redistributed, or repurposed.

Exclusive Rights Option: If you want full ownership of custom graphics, you must purchase exclusive rights.

Logos

✔ Once work begins on a logo, design changes are not allowed.
✔ Final logo files will be delivered in high resolution.
✔ File Formats Provided: PNG, JPG, and PDF. (SVG or AI upon request).

File Storage:

  • You will have 30 days to download and save your files.
  • After 30 days, files will be permanently deleted, and we cannot retrieve them.

Pixel Pixie Designs is not responsible for lost or deleted files. If you need files after the 30-day period, a redesign fee may apply.

Not Allowed: Reselling or redistributing branding elements.

Templates

✔ For Personal Use Only – Templates cannot be used for client projects, resold, or shared.
✔ No Editable Redistribution – You may not provide templates with editable graphics or fonts in any format (physical, digital, or app-based).

Not Allowed:

Offering templates as freebies, opt-ins, or part of a course.

Using templates in Canva, Adobe, or other platforms for resale.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

✔ Theme Warranty Exception: If your purchased theme stops working due to a Shopify update within 90 days, we will provide an updated version or offer a replacement theme.

No Refunds or Exchanges Are Provided For:

Issues arising from third-party modifications or incorrect installation.

Legal & License Compliance

✔ All designs, themes, fonts, and graphics are copyrighted by Pixel Pixie Designs.
✔ Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or redistributing is strictly prohibited.

Violating these terms may result in legal action.
