By making a purchase of products and/or services, you are bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Website Templates/Themes:
Usage on Shopify Stores: Our website themes/templates are designed to be versatile, allowing their use on any Shopify store that you personally own. However, if you intend to apply these themes/templates to websites owned by your clients, a separate license must be acquired for each individual client’s site. Please note that selling or distributing this theme or any of its components is strictly prohibited.
Footer Credit: It’s important to know that the footer credit, which acknowledges the site’s design, cannot be edited or removed. This credit is a part of our design work, and its presence helps us continue to provide quality themes and templates.
Theme Demos and Inquiries: Links to theme demos are readily available in the listing. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly explore the theme demo and address any inquiries or concerns you may have prior to making your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to assist with any questions you may have.
Platform Updates and Warranty: Shopify periodically updates its platform, which can potentially affect the functionality of your site. To address this, we provide a 90-day warranty for your theme.
Within this 90-day period, if your theme experiences any issues and ceases to function as intended, we will promptly provide an updated version of the theme. In the rare event that we are unable to update the theme, you’ll have the option to select a new theme from our offerings.
Please be aware that the process of updating and resolving any issues with your theme may take up to 14 business days. We are committed to ensuring your site functions optimally.
After the initial 90-day warranty period, we regret to inform you that no refunds or theme replacements will be available. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Fonts:
At Pixel Pixie Designs, our fonts are versatile and can be used in both personal and commercial projects, including the creation of unlimited end products for sale.
However, there are some key guidelines to follow:
Individual Licensing: As the purchaser, you hold the license for font usage. Sharing the font is not permitted, and all other users must obtain their own license.
No Re-Selling or Redistribution: There is no re-selling, transferring, or redistributing of the font. Any design using our font should be flattened to prevent extraction of the font. (If using the font in Canva, you can not use it on templates that are distributed.)
Client Projects: You can use the font in design work for clients, such as logos and branding. However, the font itself cannot be transferred to the client; they must acquire their own license if they intend to use it further.
Web Embedding: You may embed the font into a web theme for your personal website. Embedding the font into a theme for resale purposes is not allowed.
Prohibited Uses Include:
On-Demand Applications: Using our fonts or graphics in a way that permits individuals other than the Licensee to customize a digital or physical final product is not allowed. You should refrain from incorporating any fonts or graphics acquired from Pixel Pixie Designs into editable templates, whether they are in a physical format, digital form, or within an application
Re-Sale or Re-Distribution: Do not engage in re-selling or re-distributing items purchased from Pixel Pixie Designs. This includes sharing items as freebies or opt-ins.
Graphics and Watermarks:
Custom Graphics: All graphics created exclusively for your business are provided without watermarks. These graphics are intended for your ongoing use.
Generic Graphics: Generic graphics used in posts on your social media or groups, like engagement posts, will include my watermark. These graphics are not to be repurposed, modified, or distributed.
Reusability: Graphics I design may not be used for other shops, unless you choose to purchase exclusive rights for your own graphics.
Watermark Exemption: Graphics that you purchase separately for your personal use are not subject to the watermark requirement.
Logos:
Design Alterations: Once work has started on a logo, there is no changing to a different design.
Digital Files: Pixel Pixie Designs will provide high-resolution digital files. These files will be sent to you after final approval. Pixel Pixie Designs is not responsible for any issues related to the files after delivery. Additional charges may apply if changes to the digital files are requested after approval.
File Storage: You will have 30 days after delivery to save your files. After 30 days your files will be deleted from our system. We will not be able to recover any files after 30 days. It is your responsibility to save the files upon delivery and store them securely.
Usage Rights: Once your files are sent, you will retain 100% of usage rights. We prohibit the re-selling or re-distributing of any branding elements.
Templates
Usage Limitation: The templates provided are solely for personal use and cannot be utilized for client projects. You are not authorized to resell, transfer, or distribute the templates, the graphics incorporated, or any modified versions of the template. Claiming the designs as your own is also prohibited.
Reselling and Redistribution: You are prohibited from reselling or redistributing any items you’ve purchased, including sharing them as freebies.
Customization Restrictions: Any use that enables individuals other than the Licensee to modify a digital or physical end product is not allowed. Providing the graphics or fonts purchased in editable templates, whether physical, digital, or within an app, is likewise not permitted.
Items not explicitly detailed in the preceding sections are intended solely for the original purchaser’s personal use. These products are not to be sold, distributed, or shared in any capacity, whether freely or for a fee. Engaging in such activities would be a direct breach of the usage terms.
