1. No Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds for any of our services. Once a project has commenced, all payments are final. This policy ensures that our team can dedicate the necessary time and resources to each project.

2. Turnaround Time

• We guarantee a 7-day turnaround time on first draft websites, excluding product-based businesses. The first draft will include up to 6 pages of content. Any additional pages or features may extend the delivery time.

3. Client Requirements

• Clients must provide a complete filled-out form before our web designers begin working on the site. This form should include all necessary information, content, and specifications to ensure a smooth and efficient design process.

4. Revisions and Changes

• Clients are entitled to up to 2 rounds of revisions after the first draft is delivered. Additional revisions may incur extra charges and extend the project timeline.

5. Content Submission

• Clients are responsible for providing all text, images, and other content required for the website. Pixel Pixie Designs is not responsible for creating content unless explicitly agreed upon as part of the project scope.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is required before starting any project.

7. Project Delays

• Delays caused by the client, such as late content submission or lack of communication, may result in a revised delivery timeline. Pixel Pixie Designs will not be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

8. Technical Support

• Ongoing maintenance and support can be arranged through our maintenance packages.

• All client information and project details will be kept confidential. Pixel Pixie Designs will not share any private information with third parties without the client’s explicit consent.

10. Termination of Service

• Pixel Pixie Designs reserves the right to terminate any project or client relationship if terms are breached or if it becomes clear that the project will not be feasible or mutually beneficial.

• Clients must ensure that all content provided complies with applicable laws, including copyright and trademark regulations. Pixel Pixie Designs is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the client’s content.
